Course on Grant Proposal Writing: 10th November 2022

With the participation of CIIMAR researchers Benjamin Costas, Rita Azeredo, Sergio Boo, Pedro Leão, and Vitor Vasconcelos, a course on grant proposal writing will be held on November 10th. These researchers were successful in receiving financing from Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe for a variety of project typologies.

This session will be held full day on the 1st floor of the CIIMAR Headquarters (9h30 to 17h30).

Target audience: PhD researchers at CIIMAR who plan to submit funding proposals.

Course on Project Management: 11th November 2022

A course on project management will be held on November 11th, and it will focus on presenting some of the best project management techniques as well as ways that members of CIIMAR can improve current practices. Margarida Costa, who is now employed by Norsk Institutt for Vannforskning in Norway, and Susana Moreira, who is head of CIIMAR’s Science and Innovation Office, will collaborate with us to provide fresh insights and advance the organization’s current project management procedures.

This session will be given in the morning on the first floor of CIIMAR Headquarters (9h30 to 13h30).

Target audience: Staff and researchers at CIIMAR who are involved in project management.
